As we expand, we’re looking for a Growth Specialist to drive our user acquisition efforts and scale our reach.

Your Role

As a Growth Specialist, you will be at the forefront of AdMove AI’s expansion, focusing on acquiring new users through data-driven marketing strategies. You’ll own top-of-funnel growth, running experiments across paid and organic channels, optimizing acquisition campaigns, and leveraging analytics to refine our approach.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and execute user acquisition strategies to drive sign-ups and engagement.

• Optimize paid campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn, etc.) for maximum reach and efficiency.

• Identify and test new acquisition channels, including partnerships, influencer collaborations, and content distribution.

• Leverage SEO, content marketing, and performance marketing to scale inbound growth.

• Analyze campaign performance and customer data to refine targeting, messaging, and creative strategies.

• Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging platforms, and competitive strategies to fuel innovation.

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or user acquisition.

• Hands-on experience managing Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other paid channels.

• Strong understanding of growth experimentation, analytics, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).

• Experience with SEO, content marketing, and organic growth tactics is a plus.

• Analytical mindset with proficiency in Google Analytics, Looker, or other data tools.

• Ability to move fast, experiment, and iterate based on real-time data.
